All services are customized based on each client’s requirements. Project timelines, deliverables, and pricing are discussed and agreed upon before the start of any project.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete information necessary for project execution.
- Timely communication and feedback throughout the project process.
- Ensuring that any materials (text, images, videos, etc.) provided do not infringe on copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights of others.
Payments & Refunds
- All payments must be made according to the terms stated in the project proposal or invoice.
- Deposits made to start a project are non-refundable once work has begun.
- Full payment is required upon completion and approval of the agreed deliverables.
- Refunds are not applicable after final delivery unless explicitly stated in a written agreement.
Intellectual Property
All materials, graphics, text, logos, and designs created by Elevion.pk remain the property of Elevion Digital Marketing Agency until full payment is received.
After full payment, ownership of deliverables is transferred to the client, except where otherwise specified (such as licensed software or third-party integrations).
Limitation of Liability
Elevion.pk will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, website, or materials.
We make no guarantees regarding search engine rankings, social media growth, or specific business outcomes, as these depend on various external factors beyond our control.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding any business, technical, or personal information shared during the course of a project.
Elevion.pk will not disclose client information to third parties without consent, except as required by law.
Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice.
In case of termination before project completion, the client will be billed for the work completed up to the termination date.

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
